The Process

Creating a delicious and high quality wine takes time. The grapes must be farmed, harvested, fermented, aged, blended, and bottled before a great wine is ready for you. Argentina is one of the most noted wine-producing countries in the world, and the largest producer of wine in South America. The high altitude and low humidity allows for optimal grape cultivating.

The process of farming and harvesting the grapes includes pest management, canopy management, weed and stone removal, trellis system maintenance, replanting when needed, fertilization and irrigation, leaf thinning, shoot thinning, and a green harvest. Just one farming season can require 665 hours of work or more.
